Thank you for shopping with Shot O’Clock. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


Returns

Because we operate as a dropshipping store, products are shipped directly from our suppliers. This means:

  • We do not accept returns of products directly.

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email us at shotoclock.co@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and photos showing the issue (damages, defects, wrong item, etc.).

  3. We will review your case with the supplier and respond within 3 business days.


Refunds

  • If your return/refund request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


Exchanges

Due to the dropshipping model, we do not offer exchanges. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please request a refund and place a new order.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Any product not in its original condition or damaged due to customer misuse


Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
